The Cooper Family

This Family is literally my favorite family I have ever made in Sims history. It's my biggest and most successful family, too! This isn't even the whole family! The picture is missing a spouse and some of the grandchildren, but I can't bring toddlers/babies to the lot. And one of the spouses is just a jerk, so I didn't even want him coming. I'm not even going to try to name all of them, nor do I think you guys really care. I wish the picture was bigger, though. If it was, I would put it as my background on my computer.

Overhaul

Yeah, I finally got over the fact that I hate change and I finally changed the layout.

It's quite nice, actually.

I promise that I'll post here more since it's summer and all.

I hope I can get back to making videos this summer, and that means the revival of LB Productions!

I want to do less sketch/comedy and maybe do a few music videos instead.

Hacking is Fun

Yeah, yeah, I know hacking the Sims 2 isn't really right, but it makes everything a heck of a lot easier.

Not to mention FUN!

I took a few spare Sailor Moon Episodes/Clips and I was able to manipulate some of the Sims 2 files.

Now my Sim children happily watch Sailor Moon on their TVs, among other things. :D

Just look at the TV! IT'S AMI MIZUNO! SAILOR MERCURY! ON MAH SIM'S TV!

I also put some music videos up on the Music channel, and I'm in the process of putting on some custom sitcoms on the News channel.

As long as everything goes as planned and my friend can still come along, it should be really fun.

My spring break starts officially today! ^_^ Hooray!

Here they are!

You were promised that once you helped me pick a name, you get to see the OC! Well, lucky you, because there's two now! ^_^

The first one is Akira. (And in case the format of this post is messed up AGAIN, Akira is the one with the black and green spiky hair.) Akira means smart (Akira is not the word for smart, it's just a play on it, like most Japanese names are) in Japanese, or at least is something similar to that.

Akira is really smart, and wants to be an artist one day. He's 17.

And, the second one is Kaito. He, like his twin brother Kaito, is 17 and is an aspiring artist. He doesn't talk very much and can have a very cold personality. He likes kaiju and Uglies. His name means two things. Kai means sea, and to means soar. He isn't as smart as Akira. He's more average, and he can be very emotional when alone.

I immediately liked the name, because Michiru Kaioh from Sailor Moon shares part of her surname with Kaito's name. KAIoh and KAIto... and the freaky thing is, Sailor Neptune is soldier of the ocean. Weird, huh? That's why I made Kaito's hair a dark blue.

Yes, I do plan all of this out. XD

Personally, I think I'm more like Akira, because he's a lot more outgoing than his twin, although both are pretty shy.

I'm gonna put their OC Profiles up on dA right now, so please stay tuned!

Please realize that adding Kaito was a last minute idea. That is the only and first drawing I did/have of him. I was having a creative block with t-shirt designs that day. Gomen nasai :( I promise I'll work on him more.

Sorry for the bad picture quality. The computer that controls our printer/scanner died. Well, only the monitor, and until we get a new monitor, you'll have to deal with webcam photos. We've already ordered a new one, so it'll only be a week or two.

I can live with that.

My new story!

My new Micha and Honey story just hit dA! Here is an excerpt!

"This must have been buzzing in my mind for at least an hour until I finally looked around my room. It was very large, and the only colors in it were black, yellow, and a few splashes of grey and red here and there. All of the furniture was coated in rich black velvet that made you want to melt into it when you sat in it. All of the pieces were antique, and I liked them that way. I never liked breaking in new furniture, anyway. I never had it, either. I grew up without a father, and it was just my mother, my aunt, my cousin Micha and me. Micha and I get along great, and we've come to rely on each other even more when our mothers died. We were put in an adoption center, and long story short we managed to escape together and we now live on our own in an old Victorian house. Nobody lived in it in the first place, so we just took to it, and here we are. We do have some money, complied from old child support and the money I made from working a few odd jobs. Micha isn't as street smart as me, so I never let her out of my sight. She is actually older than me, and I've been told that I'm just too hardened on the inside to notice. I'm a tough girl; a tomboy. I've spent my life locked up inside myself, and I try so hard never to show any emotions. The only one who can get a smile out of me is Micha. She makes me happy, and just to see her happy makes me twice as elated as she is. Seeing her amber eyes dance and sparkle from the little things that I would never even glance at: that's what makes me happy. I feel happy knowing that I do have a purpose in life, and even if it's to make my somewhat dim-witted cousin happy, I know that it's 100% worth it. I don't know what I would do without Micha, though. I reckon that's why I'm so overprotective of her, because I don't want to lose her. There would be no purpose in living without her, and we would both be nervous wrecks without each other. When Micha leaves this world, so will I.


I was still sitting in my chair at the time, and I saw my bedroom door slam open. That could only mean one thing: Micha. "Good evening, Honey-sama!" she said with a curtsy. "You're playing Princess again, I see." I said with a smile. I got up and put my heavy book down. Immediately, Micha picked up the book, quickly flipped through the pages, and then started balancing it on her head. "Princesses must have perfect posture, you know!" she gracefully informed me. I knew this wasn't going to end well, and something was going to be squished by the book and end up broken. There was no use of warning Micha about this, because she was so determined to be a princess and she would just pick the book up again, and the situation would just continue to replay itself. "She was always a go-getter." I thought to myself. I was snapped out of my daydream when, sure enough, the book tumbled to the floor, and one of my newly framed photographs fell to the ground. It was a cheap frame, and I bought a cheap one for this very reason. Micha started crying, and she was wailing "I didn't do it! I honestly didn't mean to!" I picked up the almost unharmed picture and put it back in place. I put my hands on both of Micha's shoulders and calmly explained everything. "Relax, Mi, it was a cheap frame. Heck, we don't even need a new one. It's okay, really it is…" She saw the sadness in my eyes, and she soon understood. "H-Honey, if it wasn't too much to ask, I was wondering if we can go to The Hill? It's such a pretty night." She asked quietly. "Alright." I said with a weak smile."

Say Goodbye to the Adoption Center!

According to the Uglydolls Forum, the Adoption Section will be removed today. There is now a "Code of Conduct" for the forums, and it says that there will no longer be any commercial sales or solicitations. This is surprising, because there were never any scamming issues in the Adoption Center. It was too obvious to point out sales from children, so that wasn't really a problem. This has deeply surprised me, and the word hasn't gotten out much yet. Only 8 views on the topic. Yikes, some people are gonna be freaked out in the next few hours! I hope Wadie can still do her raffles, and Jcsivy might not be able to continue their raffle, which is indeed in the Adoption Center. So, say goodbye to the Adoption Center while you can. I'm not sure what this will do to the forums, but this removal has it's advantages. In a way. But not really.
